General Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Please use our return process when a product needs to be returned. allows fourteen (14) days to inspect your order to ensure items arrived correctly, and damage free. If you received incorrect item(s), or item(s) damaged in shipment, please call us immediately at 1-888-628-8166 to arrange replacement items at no charge to you.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery date, you may exchange or return the unused, unopened item in its original packaging.

Returns for refund will be subject to 10% restocking fee, with an exception of products manufacture from WAC Lighting and Juno Lighting companies, they are subjected to 20% restocking fee. Final sale may not be returned or exchanged. Items older than 30 days of delivery date may not be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To eligible for return or exchange
  • Item must be in brand-new, unused, unopened, never installed condition.
  • Item must be free of scratches and evidence of installation.
  • Items must be packaged in original individual packaging.
  • Items must include all accessories.
Please contact customer service at 1-888-628-8166 to request a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. All returns must be approved in advance and returned with shipping prepaid in original condition, with original packaging and must be in new condition. Installation of products which cause damage voids any return and credit. will inspect all returns to determine the condition of returned products. Final decision of credit worthiness will be determined after inspection. No returns will be accepted or credited without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA Number).

How to Return Your Order?
  1. Customer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number within the applicable return policy period. To request a RGA#, please contact (888)628-8166 or will not accept returns without prior authorization and RGA number. Once RGA is issued, it is valid for 14 days. must receive the returned products within this time frame.
  2. In order to identify your package, please label the RGA# on the returning box and also make a copy of your invoice inside the box. Once we receive your return it will be processed by our returns specialists. For any refunds, your money will be refunded or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase.
  3. We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning. This is for your protection, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "Traceable Carrier" that can provide you with the "Proof of Delivery". shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage charges both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer, and is non-refundable.

Defective Product
For defective products, Direct-Lighting provides technical assistance to diagnose the problem and will repair or authorize a replacement or return of the product. To report product that was defective on arrival (DOA, Dead On Arrival), the customer should contact the Direct-Lighting Customer Support Center (888)628-8166 or to request diagnosis and repair or authorize a replacement or return of the product.
