Where Do We Ship?
For the web order, we currently support shipping to USA and Canada only. If you need to ship to other countries,

How Much Does It Cost?
Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and the weight of the item,
and where the order is going. You can place an item in your cart, then you can estimate
the shipping cost from your shopping cart. Also, we can ship with your UPS account or FedEx with Air shipment only. On checkout, just provide us your UPS or FED Ex account, there is no additional shipping

How Do We Ship?
Generally we ship with UPS. You can choose how quickly you want to receive your order.
UPS provides UPS Ground, UPS NEXT Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS 3 Days selections.
If you must ship with Fed Ex, only Fed Ex Air is available as this time, on checkout,
please provide us your Fed Ex account number.
For Canada and Hawaii customers, we also provide USPS service as a cheaper shipping
methods for you. You can either order by phone or email or web order. For web order,
on check out, please note ship with USPS. Our customer service
will contact you with the exact USPS shipping cost. Back To Top

Check Received Packages
Please count the items and quantity upon receiving the goods, any damage must be claim with the transporting carrier and note it on the bill of landing.
Any shortage must notify Direct-Lighting within 5 business days in order to have this manner investigated.
