General Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Direct-Lighting.com.
So please use our return process when a product needs to be returned. Please note volume order
totaling more than $1,500, manufacturer customized items, and special order are not returnable.
30 Days Return Policy
You may return most new with original package and unopened items sold by Direct-Lighting.com within 30 days
of delivery. All returns for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking. Delivery charges are not refunded. If it was a free
shipping item, our initial shipping charge will be deducted as well. Please see "How to Return
Your Order".

Light bulb carrys 30 day warranties. It can not be returned once it is used.

How to Return Your Order?

Customer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number within the applicable
return policy period. To request a RGA#, please contact (888)628-8166 or
service@direct-lighting.com
Direct-Lighting.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and
RGA number. Once RGA is issued, it is valid for 14 days. Direct-Lighting.com must
receive the returned products within this time frame.
- In order to identify your package, please label the RGA# on the returning box and also make a copy of your invoice
inside the box. Once we receive your return it will be processed by our returns specialists. For any refunds, your money will be refunded
or your credit card account will be credited for any payments you have made toward your purchase.
- We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package you are returning. This is
for your protection, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest
that you use a "Traceable Carrier" that can provide you with the "Proof of Delivery".
Direct-Lighting.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in
transit. Postage charges both to and from our warehouse will be paid by you, the customer,
and is non-refundable.

Defective Product
For defective products, Direct-Lighting provides technical assistance to diagnose the problem and will repair or authorize a replacement or return
of the product. To report product that was defective on arrival (DOA, Dead On Arrival), the customer should contact the Direct-Lighting Customer Support
Center (888)628-8166 or service@direct-lighting.com to request diagnosis and repair or authorize a replacement or return of the product.
