| We charge sales tax to all shipment bills to an CA address unless the sales
permit is provided or on file. Please email the sales permit to service@direct-lighting.com. |
| Check Shipment Upon Arrival |
| Please count the items and quantity upon receiving the goods, any
damage must be claimed with the transporting carrier and note it on the bill of
lading. Any shortage must notify Direct-Lighting within 5 business days in
order to have this manner investigated. |
| Return Policy |

By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have
read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. Click
here to read our web site Terms and Conditions.
No merchandise can be returned without prior Returned Goods Authorization
(RGA)from Direct-Lighting. Please email us for an RGA. Shipping charge is not refundable. If you wish to return goods due to no fault
of Direct-Lighting, there will be 10% restocking fee.
Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria
If your returned product does not match all
applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns
Warehouse and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, your RMA
will be nullified, any credit request will be denied, replacement
orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to
and from our Returns Warehouse that may be incurred by Direct-Lighting.com. By
requesting an RMA and/or shipping a return in violation of this policy
you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and
to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse.
Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room
to make exceptions.
All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
- Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing
slip until you have examined and tested the product to
your satisfaction.
- The return must be complete and include all accessories
(transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks,
etc.)
- Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
- The RMA number must not be written on the original
manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on the
label used to return the item or the brown shipping box. Items received
with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will
be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.
To return any used products, the refund will be prorated.
All returns must be shipped within 2 weeks and freight
prepaid to Direct-Lighting at 4054 Mission Blvd. Montclair, CA 91763 |
| Warranties |
Direct-Lighting warrants that its products will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date
that products are sold to the customers. Light bulb carries 30 day
warranties. Warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused,
or used for purpose other than those for which it was designed.

| Repairs |
| Should the product fails to operate during full warranty period,
Direct-Lighting has the option of repairing, replacing or refunding the customer at the
discretion of Direct-Lighting. Shipping of goods back to Direct-Lighting is on
Customer Direct-Lighting will pay the shipping of goods back to the customer.

| Disclaimer of Liability |
| Direct-Lighting will not under any circumstances be liable for
any damages whatsoever, including any special, indirect, incidental,
consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or loss of use of the
product(s), due to any cause, even if Direct-Lighting has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. In any event, Direct-Lighting's total liability to
you for all damages (Whether based on contract, torte or other theories) will be
limited to the amount you actually paid for the product(s). Some states and
jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for
incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply to
you. |
